| Locating Holding Libraries
USING FIRSTSEARCH
When you use FirstSearch you are able to find the library that holds the item you want.
Each citation includes the library(ies) where you can locate the magazine/journal that includes the article you are trying to get to. Do not be discouraged if all you see in the listing are libraries close to the state of Indiana where Trinity is located. You can click on “Display
All Libraries” and see global holdings for that citation.
1. Looking at the citation you will see (by the title) “libraries that own item.” Click there.
2. The list you see is regional for Trinity (5 states surrounding IN where Trinity is located).
Now look at the very top of the page and click on where it says “Display all libraries.”
This will bring up all the holding libraries where that item is found on a global level.

MATERIALS NOT FOUND VIA FIRSTSERACH
If you need to locate holding libraries of materials not found in FirstSerach, you can locate any library online catalog in your locale, state, or region by searching this website.
Online Libraries are listed internationally by genre (Academic/Public) and location.
Library consotria names are also listed if they are searchable.

It is possible to link directly to the online catalog of a given library in order to see if the material you need is indeed there and available to circulate. Libraries are listed by geographic area, country, and locale.
